Francis's mother was briefly introduced in Schandtat during a flashback scene.
History[]
She was a stray she-cat who had a litter from Francis's father: the two of them had no relationship, as it was custom for most of cats, and the male just visited the small family once. Francis's mother attempted to raise the litter alone, but scarcity of food made her steal from humans.
That sealed hear fate of and the one of almost the entire litter: the only survivor was Francis himself.
